The Third Eye chakra is located in the center of your forehead, between your eyebrows. This powerful energy center regulates intuition, insight, mental clarity, understanding and wisdom. It also has a connection to the pituitary and pineal gland.
 
When this chakra is out of balance or blocked by things like stress or negativity - then we may feel stuck in our thoughts or be bogged down by old to-do's that still need attention.
